Football Parking Reminders

• Faculty and Staff - Those that have a Lot 34 parking permit, your name has been added to the list for allowed parkers. When entering the lot, you will need to give your name to the parking attendant. 
• Students - Lot 34 is not open for BLB parking on the football game days listed above. Your Nights and Weekends parking pass is not valid during these dates. Please be sure to find an alternate location to park if you plan on coming in to study or access BLB. General game day parking information can be found here: FOOTBALL PARKING
• Staff That Are Working on Game Day - If you are working on game day and do not have current parking for Lot 34, please contact Pam Funke by Monday the week prior to the game at pamela-funke@uiowa.edu.  Your name will need to be on the approved parking list to avoid any delays or issues when you arrive.

Internal communications students be in the office afternoons Monday-Friday.  All submissions below will be completed within 24-48 hours of receipt.

Room reservations, calendar entries and digital signage will be processed and posted within 2 business days.

Please note:

• The inboxes for all submissions are not staffed on weekends/holidays - weekend/holiday submissions will be reviewed and processed the following business day.
• All submissions need to be formatted and written as you wish them to post - Internal Communications Student employees will be copying exactly what was submitted using the forms or sent to the law-welcome@uiowa.edu.
• All submissions have a limit of 50 words maximum (2-3 sentences). This excludes the Title/Date/Time
