VP for Medical Affairs, Carver College of Medicine Dean Finalists to Visit Campus

The University of Iowa search committee for the new vice president for medical affairs and dean of the Carver College of Medicine has selected candidates for on-campus interviews. Two candidates will visit campus in early May to participate in open forums and meet with faculty, staff, students, shared governance, and campus leadership.

While in-person attendance in 2117 Medical Education Research Facility (MERF) is encouraged for the open forums, a Zoom option will be available. The first open forum was today over the noon hour. The next forum will be held from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. on Monday, May 8, 2023. Here is the Zoom link for those of you who will join virtually.

The name of each candidate will be announced 24 hours before their open forum. For more information, see the VPMA/Dean of the Carver College of Medicine Search website.
