As you may know, the 2022-23 General Catalog recently opened for editing. Previously, existing Sample Plans remained in the Catalog until an updated plan was available. Beginning this year, Sample Plans will not appear in the Catalog until a program's pages are completed by the department and we can confirm a plan will match 2022-23 requirements. (Please note that if you are in your department's Catalog workflow, you may see the Sample Plan appear while in editing mode, but it will not appear in any other Catalog view.)
If your program has curriculum changes coming in the 2022-23 General Catalog, you can review and update your Sample Plan in MAUI at any time. If your only change is the addition of the Sustainability GE requirement, we will not need an update form unless you would like to customize how it appears on a specific plan; we will apply college-wide solutions for this new requirement that we hope will work for most Sample Plans. Sample Plan updates will be due Friday, April 1, 2022 for inclusion in the Catalog when it goes live in the spring.
