The Office of the Patient Experience’s Interpretation and Translation Services team serves as a liaison between staff and patients and families who do not speak English as their primary language. Interpretation and Translation Services is a 24/7 operation.

Recent patient comments about ‘explain’

We receive a range of comments when patients leave us feedback including praise and recommendations for improvement. This month’s patient feedback is focused on explanations.

Texting patients from your personal device or using email to text functionality is not an approved process. Instead of using personal devices, email to text, or other texting applications, please use the institutionally approved Message Media platform to text with patients.
