To: Individuals impacted by the Harassment Prevention courses outage

Intent: Provide an update on the online Harassment Prevention Compliance courses.

Our third-party vendor recently made unexpected changes to the Harassment Prevention Compliance courses, which led to you losing your course progress. We were unsuccessful in our multiple attempts to recover your progress. We sincerely apologize and understand this news is disappointing.

To ease the burden, we are extending deadlines for Harassment Prevention courses by six months for new hires and one year for those taking it as a refresher course.

To view your new HP course deadline, login to "My Compliances" in Employee Self-Service. If you anticipate any difficulties completing the course within this extended timeframe, please email the Office of Civil Rights Compliance.
