We are pleased to announce the launch of our Just Culture training program on May 15, 2023.
Just Culture is one part of our ongoing effort to improve patient safety at UI Health Care. We believe its framework and key tenants align with our core values and will help make us stronger as an organization.
The Just Culture approach promotes a fair and just workplace culture, while also emphasizing the importance of learning from mistakes and improving systems.
We are launching this training in two phases. Phase one includes certain managers and supervisors and begins May 15, 2023. Phase two begins August 1, 2023, and includes anyone with a direct report.
