We encourage all students to visit us early and often - no matter if you’re a senior graduating in December or a first-year just beginning your time at Iowa, the Career Center has something for everyone!

What can your Peers do for you?
For quick career assistance, meet with our awesome team of Peer Advisors during our drop-in hours, Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The peers also offer virtual appointments throughout the week, including Friday.

The Career Center offers 10 Career Communities that will allow you to explore occupations, learn about student organizations and volunteer opportunities, and find job and internship listings. Career communities are organized by career fields and industries and new this year is our Leadership, Entrepreneurship & Innovation community!
If you are an open major and unsure of your interests, all of our career communities allow for exploration. If you have multiple interests, you may select more than one career community.
