2026–27 General Catalog is Now Open for Editing

You are receiving this email because you have been identified by your college or department as a catalog page initiator for the 2026–27 General Catalog cycle.

As the first person in your workflow chain, you are responsible for reviewing, updating, and starting each of your catalog pages in workflow by your college’s initiator deadline. Please note: Catalog deadlines vary by college because some colleges have chosen to include a collegiate reviewer in their workflow.

Initiator Deadlines

  • Dec. 1 – College of Education, College of Engineering, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, College of Public Health, College of Law, Tippie College of Business
  • Dec. 19 – Carver College of Medicine, College of Dentistry, College of Nursing, College of Pharmacy, Graduate College, University College

The catalog team will automatically start the workflow for any remaining pages after your deadline to allow time for review by the other individuals in your workflow.
