This message is being sent to all campus contacts that receive program of study (POS) memo updates via email from the Office of the Registrar.
At the request of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and the Office of the Provost, I have made the following changes in MAUI.
The BA and minor in sport studies have been renamed to sport media and culture and will now be administered by the School of Journalism and Mass Communication, effective fall 2023. I have ended the existing BA and minor in sport studies effective summer 2023; that will be the last session a student can declare those programs of study.
Please update your records accordingly.
