November is a natural time to reflect, and with fall break nearly upon us, we hope you find an opportunity to pause and catch your breath before the home stretch of the semester.

We are thankful to the many CLAS volunteers who walked in the UI Homecoming Parade last month. Our college's entry received a positive reception across the university, including from President Wilson. Thank you to all who represented your departments and programs. ICYMI: check out these photos from the event.

Your input is needed to improve communications in our college. Please, take this brief survey to help guide the future of the DEO Mailing and Business Brief memos. Responses are due by Friday, December 2.

Whether you will travel or stay close to home, we hope you have a restful breakthank you for being a part of our CLAS community.
