Stop by the Curriculum Management Team’s Virtual Office Hours

The annual curriculum cycle kicked off with the opening of the 2026–27 General Catalog on Monday, Oct. 27, and the Office of the Registrar's Curriculum Management Team is here to help!

Effective curriculum management plays a key role in student success. Academic programs revise their curriculum and record those changes in the General Catalog, which drives updates to degree audits and sample plans. We understand that you only work with this process once a year, so we are here to support you.

Got Questions?

If you have any questions about the annual curriculum cycle, our team will be holding optional virtual office hours to answer questions and provide guidance on any of the components that make up the curriculum management system at the University of Iowa, including Academic Organization, Programs of Study, Course Library, General Catalog, Degree Audit, and Sample Plans.

We’re beginning to schedule drop-in sessions where you’re welcome to join us on Teams at your convenience:

More sessions will be made available and listed on the Curriculum Management Team Office Hours webpage on the Office of the Registrar's website.

No registration is required—just stop by at a time that works best for you. Whether you're new to curricular planning or have a quick question, we look forward to connecting and helping clarify any part of the process you’d like to discuss.

If you’re unable to attend the virtual office hours or need more immediate assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact reg-acad-structure@uiowa.edu, and we will put you in touch with the appropriate team(s) to help answer your questions.
