Collegiate Reviewer Deadline

Colleges With Collegiate Editing Deadlines

The collegiate editing timeline applies to pages for the College of Education, College of Engineering, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, College of Public Health, College of Law, and Tippie College of Business.

Catalog pages are first edited by the department, then initiated in workflow for one to two departmental reviewers to edit. Pages then move to a college-level reviewer before going to the General Catalog team to edit for style, accuracy, and compliance.

Oct. 27, 2025 General Catalog open for editing
Dec. 1, 2025 Catalog initiator deadline
Dec. 19, 2025 Departmental editor deadline
Jan. 16, 2026 Collegiate reviewer deadline; catalog editing closes
May 2026 2026-27 General Catalog published
Sept. 2026 Archival PDF of General Catalog created
