If you are graduating in fall 2021 and your college does not hold a fall ceremony, you will not have an RSVP option in MyUI. Please contact the person listed for your college about participating in a future ceremony.
The following colleges will hold fall 2021 ceremonies: College of Liberal Arts & Sciences, College of Education, College of Engineering, College of Nursing, Graduate College, Tippie College of Business Undergraduate, and University College. If you are not planning to participate in a ceremony we still encourage you to RSVP “not attending” to help us allocate resources.
The RSVP deadline for fall 2021 is Sunday, November 21, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. The RSVP process at IOWA is an Opt-In system. Please respond “attending” before the deadline if you plan to participate in a ceremony. The RSVP portal is located in MyUI within the Degrees/Graduation Tile by clicking on Commencement Attendance.
