If you are graduating in fall 2022 and your college does not hold a fall ceremony, you will not have an RSVP option in MyUI. Please contact the coordinator listed for your college about participating in a future ceremony.
The following colleges will hold fall 2022 ceremonies: the colleges of Education, Engineering, Liberal Arts and Sciences, and Nursing; the Graduate College; the Tippie College of Business (undergraduate); and University College. If you are not planning to participate in a ceremony, we still encourage you to RSVP “I do not plan to attend” to help us allocate resources.
The RSVP deadline for fall 2022 is 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 10, 2022. The RSVP process at Iowa is an opt-in system. Please respond “I plan to participate” before the deadline if you plan to attend a ceremony. The RSVP portal is located in MyUI within the Degrees/Graduation Tile by clicking on Commencement Attendance.
