Our records show you have a spring or summer 2025 degree application on file and have not yet submitted your commencement RSVP. To help us plan appropriately for each ceremony, we encourage all degree applicants to RSVP in MyUI even if you do not plan to attend.
RSVP Deadline Extended
The RSVP deadline for spring 2025 has been extended to 11:59 p.m. CST on Thursday, April 17, 2025. If you plan to participate in a ceremony, select “I plan to participate” in MyUI before the deadline. Only students who RSVP by the deadline are guaranteed to have their names read at the ceremony.
You can check or update your RSVP in MyUI anytime through the deadline.
Regalia Ordering Information
The Herff Jones portal is open for home shipping until Thursday, April 17 at 11:59 p.m. CST. Order by this deadline to have your regalia shipped to your home (shipping fees apply).
A limited quantity of regalia is available for purchase at the Iowa Hawk Shop and University Bookstore.
Regalia will not be available for purchase at the ceremonies. Graduates must have their regalia in hand prior to the ceremony to participate.

Commemorative Slides
You can upload or edit your commemorative commencement slide until Monday, April 28 at 11:59 p.m. CST. These slides are for personal keepsakes and will not be shown during the in-person ceremonies.
