Our records indicate that you have a summer or fall 2024 degree application on file and have not yet RSVP'd for commencement. We highly encourage all recipients of this email to RSVP in MyUI as attending or not attending to help allocate appropriate ceremony resources.
The RSVP deadline for fall 2024 has been extended to 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2024. The RSVP process is an opt-in system. Please respond “I plan to participate” before the deadline if you plan to attend a ceremony. The RSVP portal is located in MyUI.
Apparel Ordering Info and Deadlines
The Herff Jones online ordering portal is still open for home shipping. Order online by Nov. 20 at 10:59 p.m. CST to have your regalia shipped to your home. Shipping fees apply. Additionally, regalia is available at the Iowa Hawk Shop and University Bookstore located in the Iowa Memorial Union.

All regalia must be in hand prior to your commencement ceremony. Regalia will not be available to purchase or rent at the ceremonies.
Commemorative Slides
You can add or edit a graduation slide photo until Friday, Dec. 6, 2024. Slides are for personal use and are not used at the in-person ceremonies.
