As you and your family make preparations to attend and participate in your commencement ceremony, we would like to remind you to allow extra time for our usual security procedures, including bag and robe checks at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

For more than two decades, University of Iowa Police have provided safety and security support for commencement ceremonies at Iowa, and will continue that practice this year.
