Honors Program

Happy Saturday!

There was a room number typo in the previous communication that was sent out recently. Office number 413 is not a study space, but rather our new Experiential Learning Specialist Alyssa Yao's office! Alyssa starts her new role on Monday, January 31st, and will be available to answer experiential learning inquiries. Across from her office you'll find space 414 (Nelson Activity Room) which is available as a study space and is the correct room number that was initially meant to be advertised. You'll find the updated announcement below.

The Honors Program is excited to announce our 4th floor is available by Iowa One Card access to all honors students Monday - Thursday after 5:00 PM. If you are looking for after-hours support, a student admin will be happy to answer your evening questions at the front desk Monday - Thursday from 7:00 - 9:00 PM. Some popular study spaces on the 4th floor available to use when not reserved include 414 BHC (Nelson Activity Room), 420B BHC (Conference Room), 440 BHC (Classroom), and our reception area.

Since this is a new pilot program to be more accessible to students, we ask that you please do your part to keep the space clean so we can continue offering the additional study space after-hours. The 3rd floor continues to be available for students in designated areas and includes individual study rooms that have instructions on how to reserve them through the door. There is also a student ITC center available for use.
