Deadline
If you have already submitted your summer 2026 course offerings please disregard this message. Planner closes for courses requesting a university classroom on Monday, Aug. 4, by the end of the day. Planner remains open for courses using an arranged time/location, departmental space, and distance (EX) sections. Any offerings not submitted by this date will need to wait until the planner reopening in late September. Please delete any sections marked as “planning” if you do not intend to offer them in summer 2026.
Submit Course Sections to Workflow
Classroom scheduling information (time/day, location, management type, delivery mode, credit hours) including fields related to scheduling requests (description, registration information) should be current and accurate for that session offering prior to submitting the section in workflow to avoid rejection.
The Submit to Workflow tab must be clicked to finalize submission of sections to workflow. If this step is missed, the request will not be submitted to the Office of the Registrar, no room assignment will be made, and the section will not appear on MyUI.
When Planner is closed, some section information for that session can still be edited; visit the MAUI Help Site for a list and description.
Proof Period
The Offerings Planner module will reopen for the offerings review period from Sept. 15–28. Once the planner reopens, you can submit any changes or new sections you did not submit for summer 2026 before the planner closed. This proof period will allow departments time to submit their offering prior to courses being viewable on MyUI on Sept. 29.
Updates During Planner Closed Period
Planner is always open for instructor, textbook, MyUI descriptions, registration information, section requirements and recommendations, and updating waitlist plans.
