Deadline

If you have already submitted your summer 2025 course offerings please disregard this message. Planner closes for courses requesting a university classroom on Monday, Aug. 5, by the end of the day. The planner remains open for courses using an arranged location, departmental space, off-campus, and online. Any offerings not submitted by this date will need to wait until the planner reopens in late September. Please delete any sections that are marked as "Planning" if you do not intend to offer them in summer 2025.

Proof Period

The Offerings Planner module will reopen for the offerings review period from Sept. 16–29. Once the planner reopens, you can submit any changes or new sections you did not submit for summer 2025 before the planner closed. This proof period will allow departments time to submit their offering prior to courses being viewable on MyUI on Sept. 30.

Updates During Planner Closed Period

The Offerings Planner module in MAUI will remain open to create and update sections in planning status during the planner closed period. Users will need to wait until the planner reopens to submit sections requesting a university classroom assignment. All other sections not requesting a university classroom can be submitted in workflow at any time. Planner is always open for instructor, textbook, MyUI descriptions, registration information, section requirements and recommendations, and updating waitlist plans.
