This is a reminder that the deadline for Fall 2019 course offering submissions is Monday, November 5 by the end of the day. If you have already submitted your Fall 2019 offerings, please disregard this message.

Please delete any sections that are marked as Planning if you do not intend to offer them in Fall 2019.

The Planner will reopen for the offerings review period from January 21 to February 3, 2019. This review period will allow department's time to submit and modify offerings prior to courses being viewable on MyUI.

Note that Fall 2019 courses will be viewable on MyUI on February 4.

NEW: Offerings Planner module in MAUI will remain open for sections in Planning status and courses requesting a non-UCR during the Planner closed period for classroom assignments. Users will need to wait until the Planner reopens to submit any sections requesting a UCR to workflow. However, the Planner always remains open for instructor, textbook, MyUI descriptions, registration information, section requirements and recommendations entry, and updating waitlist plans.
