Deadline

This is the final reminder that the deadline for fall 2024 course offering submissions is Monday, Nov. 6, by the end of the day. The Planner is closed for courses requesting a university classroom from Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023 – Sunday, Jan. 21, 2024. Planner remains open for courses using an arranged time/location, departmental space, and distance (EX) sections. Any offerings not submitted by this date will need to wait until the planner reopens in late January. Please delete any sections that are marked as "Planning" if you do not intend to offer them in fall 2024.

Proof Period

The Planner will reopen for the offerings review period from Jan. 22, 2024 – Feb. 4, 2024. Once the Planner reopens, you can submit any changes or new sections you did not submit for fall 2024 before the Planner closed. This proof period will allow departments time to submit their offering prior to courses being viewable on MyUI on Feb. 5, 2024.

Updates During Planner Closed Period

The Offerings Planner module in MAUI will remain open to create and update sections in planning status during the planner closed period. Users will need to wait until the planner reopens to submit sections requesting a university classroom assignment. All other sections not requesting a university classroom can be submitted in workflow at any time. Planner is always open for instructor, textbook, MyUI descriptions, registration information, section requirements and recommendations, and updating waitlist plans.
