This is the final reminder that the deadline for Spring 2019 course offering submissions is midnight on Monday, July 9. Planner is closed on Tuesday, July 10. If you have already submitted your Spring 2019 offerings please disregard this message. Any offerings not submitted by this date will need to wait until the Planner reopening in late September.
Please delete any sections that are marked as Planning if you do not intend to offer them in Spring 2019.
The planner will reopen for a new proof period from September 24 to October 7. Once the Planner reopens, you can submit any changes or new sections you did not submit for Spring 2019 before the Planner closed. This proof period will allow departments time to submit their offering prior to courses being viewable on MyUI on October 8.
NEW: Offerings Planner module in MAUI will remain open for sections in planning status during the planner closed period for classroom assignments. Users will still need to wait until the planner reopens to submit any sections to workflow. However, the Planner always remains open for instructor, textbook, MyUI descriptions, registration information, section requirements and recommendations entry, and updating waitlist plans.
