Deadline

This is a friendly follow up to our initial message sent April 27, 2025. Please review the original message for detailed information on submitting course offerings. The deadline for winter 2025 course offering submissions is midnight on Friday, June 6, 2025.

Winter 2025 Course Offerings Schedule

Planner Open	4/7/25 - 6/6/25
Planner Closed (Offerings Planner remains open for submissions of non-UCR course offerings; editing instructor, textbook, MyUI descriptions, requirements, recommendations, restrictions, and registration information; and updating waitlist plans and syllabi)	6/7/25 - 7/20/25
Planner Reopens for Editing (Proof Period)	7/21/25 - 8/3/25
MyUI Course Offerings and Schedule Builder Available	8/4/25
Early Registration	11/10/25 - 12/5/25

Deadline

If you have already submitted your winter 2025 offerings please disregard this message. Planner closes for courses requesting a university classroom on Friday, June 6. Planner remains open for courses using an arranged time/location, departmental space, and distance (EX) sections. Any offerings not submitted by this date will need to wait until the planner reopening in late July.

Proof Period

The planner will reopen for the offerings review period from July 21 – Aug. 3. Once the planner reopens, you can submit any changes or new sections you did not submit for winter 2025 before the planner closed. This proof period will allow departments time to submit their offerings prior to courses being viewable on MyUI and Schedule Builder on Aug. 4.
