This is a reminder that the deadline for Winter 2019 course offering submissions is Thursday, June 13 by the end of the day. If you have already submitted your Winter 2019 offerings please disregard this message.
The planner will reopen for a proof period from July 29 to August 11. Once the Planner reopens, you can submit any changes or new sections you did not submit for Winter 2019 before the Planner closed. This proof period will allow departments time to submit their offering prior to courses being viewable on MyUI on August 12. This is also the date the Planner reopens.
Offerings Planner module in MAUI will remain open for sections in planning status during the planner closed period for classroom assignments. Users will still need to wait until the planner reopens to submit any sections to workflow. However, the Planner always remains open for instructor, textbook, MyUI descriptions, registration information, section requirements and recommendations entry, and updating waitlist plans.
