Deadline

If you have already submitted your winter 2022 offerings please disregard this message. Planner closes for courses requesting a University Classroom on Saturday, June 11. Planner remains open for courses using an arranged time/location, departmental space, and distance (EX) sections. Any offerings not submitted by this date will need to wait until the planner reopening in late July.

Proof Period

The planner will reopen for the offerings review period from July 25 to August 7. Once the planner reopens, you can submit any changes or new sections you did not submit for winter 2022 before the planner closed. This proof period will allow departments time to submit their offerings prior to courses being viewable on MyUI and Schedule Builder on August 8.

Updates During Planner Closed Period

Offerings Planner module in MAUI will remain open to create and update sections in planning status during the planner closed period. Users will need to wait until the planner reopens to submit sections requesting a University Classroom assignment to workflow; all other sections not requesting a University Classroom can be submitted in workflow at any time. Planner is always open for instructor, textbook, MyUI descriptions, registration information, section requirements and recommendations entry, and updating waitlist plans.
