The office of Eric N. Bloom DDS and Dental Masters LLC is seeking an associate for his office in Glenview, IL (FFS only) and his office in Chicago (under the name of Dental Masters LLC, participates in insurance plans). Time would be split between the two practices.

This is a true associate position with a very competitive guaranteed daily base pay plus an attainable monthly bonus structure based upon production/collections. Our associates find themselves being mentored in a practice which uses a digital workflow complete with CBCT, in-office milling and more. Exposure to a wide variety of cases can be expected and associates are highly encouraged to pursue special areas which interest them. You will have an opportunity to learn and grow in your profession, to have several mentors with which to discuss cases and a support staff that is second to none.

The office in Chicago is a continuation of the Glenview location and affords you even more autonomy in learning the business side of a practice while working with another group of long-term patients, as well as an excellent team of auxiliary dental workers.

GPR or AEGD Residency is preferred, however all recent graduates will be considered. More tenured professionals are encouraged to submit their CV, as well.

Town Square Dental Care continues to upgrade equipment and technology, making every effort to improve our patients' experience while in the office.  Current equipment includes:  Kavo Electric Handpieces, LED patient lights, Dexus digital sensors, IO cameras, Wave One Endodontic systems and Biolase Soft Tissue Laser.  Soon we plan to add CBCT and CAD/CAM.  It is our goal to help patients with most of their dental needs, encouraging our dentists and hygienists to perform complete family dental care to also include, periodontal, endodontic, prosthodontic, implant and cosmetic procedures.
