Congratulations on your upcoming graduation! Please review your diploma delivery method and diploma delivery address on your Application for Degree in MyUI. Under Student Information click on Degree Application. Next click on (edit) to review your delivery information.

All diplomas will be released about six weeks after graduation.

Diploma Delivery Method

Log on to MyUI and review the delivery method you selected is still your best choice no later than November 24, 2019.

International Students
• Fed Ex - Recommended for International diploma delivery with a tracking number. A $45 International Fed Ex fee will be charged to your U-Bill. Fed Ex will not deliver locally in the Iowa City/Coralville area or to a P.O. Box.
• Student Pick Up - Your diploma will be available for you to pick-up with your photo ID between the hours or 8 - 4:15 Monday through Friday, approximately six weeks after graduation. If you will not be able to pick your diploma up in person, please choose a different delivery method.

Domestic Students
• Mail - USPS First Class Mail works well for domestic delivery.
• Student Pick Up - Your diploma will be available for you to pick-up with your photo ID between the hours or 8 - 4:15 Monday through Friday, approximately six weeks after graduation. If you will not be able to pick your diploma up in person, please choose a different delivery method

Diploma Delivery Address

Your diploma will be sent to the Diploma Delivery Address you provide on your degree application, approximately six weeks after graduation. Please confirm your Diploma Mailing Address in MyUI no later than November 24, 2019

Diplomas will not be released to students with past due balances on their U-Bill.
