Congratulations on your upcoming graduation! Please confirm your diploma delivery method and Diploma Delivery Address that you entered when you submitted your Application for Degree.

Diploma Delivery Options

Log on to MyUI and confirm the delivery option you selected is still your best choice, no later than May 3, 2019.

• Fed Ex is recommended for fast, reliable delivery with a tracking number. A $45 International /$15 Domestic Fed Ex fee will be charged to your U-Bill. Fed Ex will not deliver locally or to a P.O. Box.
• Student Pick Up - Diplomas will be available for pick-up with a photo ID approximately six weeks after graduation.
• Mail - USPS First Class Mail works well for domestic delivery but is not recommended for international delivery as delivery outside the U.S. is unreliable and there is no tracking number.

International students may be best served by having their diploma delivered using Fed Ex International Priority. Please review the information regarding Fed Ex delivery and Student Pick-up options at: International Students - Diploma Delivery or at Domestic Diploma Delivery.

Diplomas will not be released to students with past due balances on their U-Bill.

Diploma Delivery Address

Your diploma will be sent to the Diploma Delivery Address you provided on your degree application, approximately six weeks after graduation. Please confirm your Diploma Mailing Address in MyUI no later than May 3, 2019
