We recently discovered that one of your advisees, Herky Hawk, is enrolled in 3 sections of ABCD:1234:XYZ1 - Thesis/Dissertation in spring 2024. Dropping one or more sections may impact progress towards degree, full or part-time status, financial aid, etc.
Please respond to this message by Wednesday, Feb. 14, indicating you have discussed this issue with the student and which credit hour, if any, section should be dropped. Based on this response, we can administratively drop the erroneous section(s), if necessary.
