Thank you for applying for a Tippie College of Business First-Year Scholarship. It is a great pleasure to inform you that you have been selected to receive a $1,700 B.L. Barnes Scholarship from the Tippie College of Business First-Year Scholarship pool. Congratulations! We commend you on your strong record and hope this award demonstrates our desire to have you enroll and graduate.

This award will be reflected in your official Financial Aid Award Letter in February. The funds will be released in the fall 2021 and spring 2022 semesters, provided the following conditions are met:

1. You are required to be enrolled full-time in the fall 2021 and spring 2022 semesters.
2. You are required to meet with someone in our Frank Business Communication Center when you arrive on campus in the fall and write letters thanking the donors. I will follow up as the fall approaches with more information about this requirement; do not send a thank you letter at this time.

Congratulations once again on your award and we hope to see you this summer at our orientation programs. If you have not already, please accept our offer of admission so you can sign up for those programs as soon as they are released.
