Faculty Promotion Workshops - Preparing for Promotion
All faculty are invited to attend the promotion workshops. We particularly encourage participation by faculty that will be reviewed for promotion this year, or who are within 1-2 years of promotion, and faculty preparing for their first reappointment.
Objectives:
- Develop an understanding of the promotion timeline and process
- Learn strategies to plan for your promotion
- Identify materials for your dossier and how to present them in an optimal way
- Avoid pitfalls in the promotion process
- Answer your questions
