Diploma Delivery Method
Please verify your diploma delivery method on your degree application in MyUI. Any changes to delivery method or address must be made by Sunday, Dec. 22, 2024.
Domestic U.S. Addresses
USPS Mail
United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail works well for domestic delivery. There is no tracking number with USPS First Class domestic bulk mail.
International Addresses
UPS International
If you require UPS International delivery to your diploma delivery address, please select UPS as your diploma delivery method on your degree application in MyUI. A $150 International UPS fee for fall 2024 degree applicants will be charged to your U-Bill.
USPS International Air Mail
There is no charge to ship the original diploma using USPS International Air Mail. You will receive an email with a tracking number after your diploma has been shipped. Tracking with USPS International Air Mail cannot be guaranteed all the way through delivery of your diploma, delivery is inconsistent, and tracking may end when the package leaves the United States. Tracking is not available for packages going to China, India, Jordan, Sweden, Brazil, Finland, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Peru, Iceland, Columbia, Republic of Korea (Seoul), Egypt, and Kenya.
Diploma Delivery Address and Timeline
Please confirm and/or edit your diploma delivery address in MyUI no later than Sunday, Dec. 22, 2024.
Your diploma will be sent to the diploma delivery address you provided on your degree application in MyUI, six to eight weeks after the end of the session. It is extremely important for students to provide a correct diploma delivery address. If your diploma is undeliverable, or delivered to your previous address, it will be necessary for you to provide a correct diploma delivery address and pay a $10 reissuing fee.
