This is a reminder that the Fall 2018 Offering Planner will reopen Monday, February 5.

Once the Planner reopens, you can submit any changes or new sections you did not submit for Fall 2018 before the Planner closed. At this same time, courses in "Approved" status will be viewable on MyUI.

With the addition of Schedule Builder, students will begin building schedules the same day the planner reopens. Sections not submitted before the planner closes and sections undergoing requested changes after the planner reopens will not be available for students to build schedules until they are in "Approved" status.

Students trying to build schedules with a course in "pending approval" workflow status, will see the course as "open" but will receive the following warning when adding it to their schedule.

"This course (XXXX:XXXX) is currently in planning stages and not available for schedule building. To continue building schedules, disable this course in your Course Cart by unchecking the blue box. In a few days, enable the course to try again"

Please be aware that it may take longer to process workflow slips given the high volume of workflow slips that come into Classroom Scheduling after the planner reopens.

The Planner is always open for instructor, textbook, MyUI descriptions, registration information, section requirements and recommendations entry, and updating waitlist plans.
