With the opening of Fall 2018 Offerings Planner, Classroom Scheduling wanted to notify you that our main priority over the next two weeks will be the processing of course workflows due to the impact these changes will have on Schedule Builder and students planning their schedules.
Our staff will process course workflows as priority on a first come, first served basis as best we can to aid students with their schedules via Schedule Builder.
Special event scheduling over the next two weeks will be done on a priority basis. If the request is for an immediate upcoming event during that week, we will process it as soon as possible. If the request is for a date in the future, then please be patient as it may be delayed in our office until the bulk of the course changes have been addressed. If a last minute request arises, please feel free to call our office (5-1243) and we will expedite that request.
We do ask for your patience during the next couple of weeks and ask that you don't duplicate effort by e-mailing and calling our office regarding the same event. This would only slow down the process of scheduling.
