You are receiving this message because you are eligible to RSVP for the fall 2020 virtual commencement ceremonies.
The deadline to RSVP is this Wednesday!
Please note:
- If you do not RSVP yes, a commemorative recognition slide will not displayed and your name will not be read at the ceremonies.
- If you RSVP yes, the recognition slide used during the ceremony will also be available for downloading and sharing purposes.
- However, all fall 2020 students with an active degree application will be able to download a recognition slide with their name and degree information (without a photo) through the RSVP portal in MyUI.
- If you are unsure if you will be watching the livestream at the scheduled time, RSVPing yes will ensure your name will be read at the ceremony and can be watched by friends and family at a later date on YouTube.
- We highly encourage you to RSVP one way or the other; knowing how many students plan to participate will help us allocate our technical resources accordingly.
- RSVPing for the fall 2020 virtual ceremony does not prevent you from participating in a future in-person ceremony.
