You are receiving this email because you may be eligible to participate in fall 2020 commencement. We are offering the opportunity for spring 2020 graduates who did not participate in the virtual ceremonies in spring to RSVP for the fall virtual ceremonies.

RSVP Information

Please let us know if you will or will not attend the ceremony for your major(s). Opting into the fall virtual ceremonies does not prevent you from participating in a future in-person ceremony.

The Virtual Commencement opt-in RSVP is now available in MyUI.

How to RSVP

Please Note:

• You will need to confirm name and participation intention within the RSVP form.
• If you RSVP "Yes", you will have the option to include a photo to be used on your individual recognition slide. 
• Photos will be approved by commencement coordinators and final slides will be available for download approximately two weeks prior to the ceremonies.
• The deadline to RSVP is December 2, 2020.

Recognition Slides

If you choose to participate in commencement you will have the opportunity to upload a photo to be displayed on your commencement slide. Adding a photo is optional.

A few notes about choosing a photo for the commencement slide:

• Photo should be of you and only you.
• You should be the focal point of the photo. Photos can be cropped within the RSVP page.
• Photos will be reviewed by the college(s) and are subject to removal. If the photo is not approved, you will be contacted and will have the opportunity to upload a new photo. 
• To verify photo quality, you are strongly encouraged to preview your slide photo on a computer screen, instead of a phone or other small personal device. Keep in mind the slides will be viewed on televisions during the virtual ceremonies.
