Requests will need to be submitted by Friday, April 2, 2021, to ensure this information is present in time for fall 2021 early registration. The individual(s) submitting room request forms for evening exams will receive an email confirmation once their request has been processed.
Evening Midterm Exam Time Periods
The approved evening exam time periods are:
- 1 1/2 Hour Exams: 6:30-8:00pm or 8:45-10:15pm
- 2 Hour Exams: 6:30-8:30pm

How to Submit Evening Midterm Exam Needs
Exam requests are submitted online via the Exam Needs Tool in MAUI Offerings Planner, in a manner similar to the Final Exam Needs submission process. Information on how to submit evening exam requests via the exam needs tool can be found here: Evening Midterm Exam Submission Instructions.
Those requests submitted early will have a better opportunity at securing their preferred dates and times. Only individuals with Offerings Planner access for your department will be able to submit evening midterm exam needs. This means that instructors will not be able to submit evening midterm exam needs unless they have Offerings Planner access.
