You are receiving this message because you are assigned a DEO Grades Approver security role for the academic unit overseeing a course or courses with grades that have been submitted but have not been approved for the final grade run. Please make sure that your course(s) grades are in "Approved" status by 4:30 p.m. today.

If grades are not approved, students will receive 'O' grades when the final grade process runs. The instructor or an instructor delegate in your academic unit will subsequently be required to enter individual grade changes unless you can approve final grades before the end of the day. Please log into MAUI to approve the final grade slips through the Registrar tab Grades Workflow screen.
**Please note that they may not be assigned to you directly, which means you will only see them in MAUI workflow.
Remember to select the proper filters, especially the 'Session' and 'Slip Status' fields, to ensure that you are seeing all submitted slips.
Grades will not be processed during the time-frame that grades are open for submission to full-semester length courses. We will resume processing grades daily after we have processed final grades for full-semester length courses.
