NSF Invites Applications for the Cyberinfrastructure for Sustained Scientific Innovation (CSSI) Program

The CSSI program focuses on providing integrated cyberinfrastructure services. It also acknowledges the need to adapt to the changing needs of the research community and the evolving computing landscape. Prospective Principal Investigators are strongly encouraged to contact program officers.

Pew-Stewart Scholars for Cancer Research 2026

Description: The Pew-Stewart Scholars for Cancer Research supports assistant professors of outstanding promise in science relevant to the advancement of a cure for cancer. In line with The Alexander and Margaret Stewart Trust’s mission to invest in innovative, cutting-edge cancer research that may accelerate and advance progress toward a cure for cancer, applications are invited from nominees conducting cancer research.

Eligibility: Assistant Professors

Limitation: one application per institution
Internal Submission Deadline: Tuesday, May 6, 2025
Sponsor Nomination Deadline: Wednesday, May 14, 2025
Sponsor Application Deadline: Wednesday, August 27, 2025

Reminder: Keck Foundation Grant Program June Cycle 2025

Description: The Research Program seeks to benefit humanity by supporting projects in two specific areas (1) medical research and (2) science and engineering, that are distinctive and novel in their approach, question the prevailing paradigm, or have the potential to break open new territory in their field.
Limitation: eight concept papers (4 in Medical Research and 4 in Science and Engineering Research) per institution
Internal Submission Deadline: Monday, June 2, 2025
Sponsor Deadline: Monday, November 3, 2025
