Funding Landscape

DARPA solicits abstracts for the CoasterChase Program: Ingestible Tech for Stress Detection and Intervention.

The CoasterChase program aims to develop a multimodal, ingestible, sensing and stimulation platform for use in monitoring and modulating biomarkers of acute stress from within the small intestine. Proposals should investigate innovative approaches that enable revolutionary advances in enteric neuromodulation and sensing, ingestible electronics, and modulation of the stress response.

The Foundation for Food and Agriculture Research (FFAR) Activates the Rapid Outcomes from Agricultural Research (ROAR) to Safeguard the Nation’s Food System from Emerging Threats.

The ROAR program deploys urgent funding to support research and outreach in response to emerging or unanticipated threats to the nation’s food supply or agricultural systems. ROAR’s one-year funding is designed to fill urgent research gaps until traditional, longer-term funding can be secured.
