You are receiving this email because you may be eligible to apply for degree. If you plan to complete degree requirements this session, you must submit a degree application for your degree to be awarded. Before submission, please meet with your academic advisor to review your record and check that all coursework/requirements will be completed by the end of the semester.

To apply, log into MyUI; under the Student Information heading, click on the Degree Application icon. Please ensure you are choosing the correct session: the session in which all of your degree requirements will be met. Click start and complete the application checking the box next to the appropriate programs of study. Please confirm all mailing information includes correct information where a diploma can be received. Please remember that diplomas are sent 4-6 weeks after the end of the session, so choose a mailing address where you are certain you will receive important UI documents. Click apply.

You will be asked to complete a survey with your degree application. After successful submission of both the survey and application, a confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen and an email will be sent to your UI email account.

Applications for Spring 2019 are due Friday, February 22, 2019
Applications for Summer 2019 are due Friday, June 7, 2019

If you plan to participate ("walk") in a commencement ceremony, please visit our website for more information.

Remember, it is your responsibility to apply for degree. There are no fees associated with applying for degree; however, there are late fees for those applications submitted after the deadline.
