You are receiving this email because you may be eligible to apply for degree. If you plan to complete degree requirements this session, you must submit a degree application for your degree to be awarded. Before applying to graduate, please meet with your academic advisor to review your record and check that all coursework/requirements will be completed by the end of the session.

To apply, please follow these steps:

1. Log on to MyUI.
2. Go to Home page > Student Information > Degree Application icon.
3. Select the session during which you will complete all of your degree requirements.
4. Click start and complete the degree application.
5. Your diploma will be sent approximately 6 weeks after the end of the session. Enter a diploma delivery address where you are certain your diploma can be delivered.
6. Click apply.

You will be asked to complete a survey with your degree application. After successful submission of both the survey and application, a confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen and an email will be sent to your UI email account.

If you will complete degree requirements in a future session but would like to participate early ("walk") in a commencement ceremony, please visit our website for more information. Please note there are no summer commencement ceremonies.

Remember, it is your responsibility to apply for degree. There are no fees associated with applying for degree; however, there are late fees for those applications submitted after the deadline.
