This message is intended for all campus contacts that receive program of study (POS) memo updates via email from the Office of the Registrar.
At the request of the Graduate College and College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, and with approval from the Iowa Board of Regents and Office of the Provost, the speech pathology and audiology MA (thesis and non-thesis) will close, effective summer 2025. The speech language pathology MS (thesis and non-thesis) will be created, effective fall 2025.
New students for fall 2025 and beyond should only be admitted to the speech language pathology MS.
