This message is intended for all campus contacts who receive program of study (POS) memo updates via email from the Office of the Registrar.
At the request of the Graduate College and the College of Public Health, and with approval from the Office of the Provost, the biostatistics subprogram for the Master of Public Health will be renamed to health data science, effective fall 2026. Students admitted fall 2026 and forward should be placed in the new health data science subprogram. Existing students can remain in the biostatistics subprogram or opt to move to health data science.
