Virtual Learning Tip of the Week

Morning Walks
While the weather is nice, choose to get moving as soon as possible in your day. The combination of sunshine and time away from the screen is the best combination for a productive and happy day. It's easy to sit at your desk all day, so set the standard that time outside and time away from those virtual lectures is a necessity.
