This message is being sent to all academic departmental administrators (ADAs). Please disregard if you are listed as an ADA but don't serve in a role that works with inactive courses. If you get this message in error, please forward it to the appropriate individual within your unit.
Inactive course forms will be created on Wednesday, Sept. 10 for courses not taught since the first semester of the 2022–23 academic year (i.e., no students enrolled at the end of any semester or summer session). You will receive an email on this day if your department has inactive courses to review. You will need to review these courses by Tuesday, Sept. 30 to mark them as "keep" or "drop," with drops becoming effective fall 2026.
