Please review your class list(s) to verify enrollment is correct. Independent study registration errors occur when instructors are not removed from the active instructor list and/or students select an instructor in error during registration.
If the enrollment is incorrect please complete the following tasks:
- Contact your department to notify administrators of the error (department administrators will work with the student(s) and UI Service Center to update the registration and remove your information from the list of active instructors if necessary)
- Individually contact students enrolled in the course who did not meet attendance requirements regarding attendance issues
- Email the financial aid office (osfa-attendance@uiowa.edu) to provide your "not attending" report.
