Independent Study Class List Review

Our records show that you are the primary instructor for the following Independent Study course(s) in which student(s) are enrolled:

Please review your class lists to verify enrollment is correct. Registration errors happen when students enroll in independent study courses without the instructors' knowledge.

If the enrollment is correct, no action is needed.  

If the enrollment is incorrect, please complete the following tasks:  

1. Notify department administrators of registration errors. Department administrators will work with students, and the UI Service Center to correct registration.  
2. Individually contact students regarding attendance issues.  
3. Email the Office of Student Financial Aid to provide your "not attending" report.
