Residents of Associated Rienow (ROAR) is actively recruiting a new executive board for the 2024-2025 school year!
An integral part of the University of Iowa community for nearly 60 years, ROAR has advocated for its residents since 1966. Joining ROAR helps you get involved in planning the programs that you want to see in Rienow Hall this year and provides opportunities for you to advocate for changes you would like to see in the building for the future.
This organization is a great opportunity for students interested in becoming Resident Assistants, as you will gain experience with what happens behind the scenes to make our residence halls run smoothly.
Joining your hall association enables you to:
- Participate in conference opportunities
- Professional development
- Network with folks across campus
No leadership experience is required, although certainly welcome, and there are a variety of positions ranging from finance, president, marketing, programming, and volunteer/service work!
If you are interested, please fill out the survey linked here by September 10.
